How do I add my server?
Create an account, go to My account and add the address (IP:PORT). Put the code you receive in the server hostname so we know the server is yours; it is approved automatically.
Why is my server shown as offline?
We check servers every minute with a normal UDP query. If the server is down, the port is closed by a firewall or the address is wrong, it appears offline.
What is the difference between TOP BOOST, BOOST and VIP BOOST?
TOP BOOST holds the first spots for the days you buy. BOOST works in cycles: you enter at spot 1 of the BOOST zone and every new buyer pushes you one spot down until you leave the zone. VIP BOOST places you after BOOST, for a number of days.
Where do the players come from?
From players who use our CS 1.6 client: its server list comes from our master server, where promoted servers are at the top. The site lists the same order.
How do I see how many players you brought me?
Install the mon_connect plugin on your server. Then every server page shows how many players came from our list today and yesterday, and which players online are "ours".
How do I pay?
With PayPal or with a Visa / Mastercard card through PayPal, without needing a PayPal account. Money goes to your balance and you buy services from there.
Can I get my money back?
Unspent balance yes, within 14 days. A service that already started cannot be refunded. Details in the refund policy.
