Privacy

Data controller: HellBoost. Contact: the contact page.

What we store

• Account: username, email, password (only as a secure hash), balance and payment history.
• Payments: the PayPal order code and amount. We never see your card details; PayPal processes them.
• Votes and login: your IP address, to allow one vote per day and to block password guessing. Votes are deleted after 3 days.
• Master server and connection statistics: a shortened hash of the IP of players who request the server list or join a promoted server, plus the nickname and time played on that server. These are used to count unique players and are deleted after 30 and 60 days. Each server page shows today's connections publicly: nickname, duration, time and a short ID that is different on every server, never the IP.

Who we share it with

PayPal, for payments, and the anti-bot check provider (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA) on the sign-up and password reset forms, which sees your IP and browser to tell people from bots. We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.

Your rights
